Everything went okay. My appt was at 9am. I sat and waited for my tech person for over 10mins which was odd. Two other workers had to track him down. Waiting room was okay. It was your normal hour wait for inspection and tire rotation. When I checked out, I tried to use a Buick manufacturer coupon and I was told Star does not accept them but will this one time. That was a red flag. But besides the wait and the coupon, it was a solid experience.
